2019 SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE
|June 17 - 21 ||Special Black Belt Kata: Ananku|
|July 15 - 19||Special WEAPONS Kata: Kama (sickle)**|
|August 12 - 16||Special Black Belt Kata: Matsumora Lohai|
All camps run from 9:00am - 3:00pm*
These camps are available for students of all skill levels ages 7 and up.
Each Camp is $299.00 per student
All camps will include: special camp t-shirt, snacks, and lunch on Friday.
Camp sizes are limited.

2019 CLASS SCHEDULE
PRE-KARATE (AGES 4 - 6)
This is our introduction to Traditional Karate for children ages 4 - 6. This class will focus on creating a positive and fun experience for your young one. Students work in groups and also receive individual instruction all in a safe environment. Our classes include our award winning program, Successful Life Skills For Children. This program is divided into two parts; School Safe/Street Safe and Character Development. Students learn to focus and channel their energy, gain balance and coordination, all while developing self-confidence.
YOUTH PROGRAM (AGES 7 - 13)
Karate is a fun, safe and practical means of self-defense. Students increase fitness, stamina, speed and coordination. They learn to focus and direct their energy in a positive manner. Our classes include our award winning program, Successful Life Skills For Children. This program is divided into two parts; School Safe/Street Safe and Character Development. Through regular training students will gain confidence, self-control and self-discipline while learning personal protection.
ADULT PROGRAM (AGES 14 AND UP)
This program is for men and women 14 and older. Our goal is for you to develop effective self-defense skills while building a healthy lifestyle. You will train with professional instructors in a fun safe environment. As a new student you receive individual attention until you are ready to join the full class. Over a period of regular training you will increase your fitness, flexibility, strength, coordination, stamina and energy. This is a great way to relieve stress and develop self-discipline all while achieving solid self-defense skills!
